Minho is the greenest part of Portugal. In this two days tour we will visit tiny villages in a National Park, have lunch outdoors, relax near the river and visit artisans.

Day 1: Arcos de Valdevez → Peneda-Gerês National Park → Soajo

Starting Point: Arcos de Valdevez, a  charming village in Minho, situated along the banks of the Vez River. Journey to Mezio (12 km): Scenic route through Peneda-Gerês National Park.Walking tour around the park’s entrance. Picnic in Mezio, surrounded by nature. Journey to Soajo (less than 10 km). Visit to the Historic Center. Granary Cluster, a National Monument. Return to Arcos de Valdevez and visit to the village’s historic center. Walk along the riverside area.

Day 2:  Organic Farm Visit and Portuguese Gastronomy

After a good night sleep in a local B&B visit to a Certified Organic Farm where we will learn about regenerative agriculture and ecological production principles. Outdoor Vegetarian Lunch in the  farm kitchen courtyard. Menu:Appetizers.Soup.Main course.Dessert.Drinks: Portuguese wine .Highlights of the Gastronomic Experience:Ingredients: Seasonal fruits and vegetables.Stories and curiosities about each dish.Relaxed and healthy atmosphere.
