1 – ROTA DO CASTELO Circular walk with the following route: Castelo – Talasnal – [Casal Novo]* – CasteloDuration: +/- 4hDistance: +/- 6 kmDifficulty level: Medium for those used to mountain hiking. Medium to difficult for those not accustomed to mountain hiking.Particular attention is needed as this route begins with an extensive climb of about 2 km up to the Talasnal Schist Village.Observations: May include a visit to the Casal Novo village depending on time and group.
2 – ROTA DO MARIGO Linear walk with the following route: Talasnal – Ribeira do Marigo – Casal Novo – Chiqueiro – Talasnal.Duration: +/- 4hDistance: +/- 6 km Difficulty level: High in wet weather and medium in dry weather.Recommended only for people accustomed to mountain hiking.Observations: Does not include transportation of customers to Talasnal.R
3 – ROTA DA FLORESTA Circular walk with the following route: Terreiro das Bruxas/Hortas – Tanque do Cabril – Parque de Merendas “Isto é Lousã” – Terreiro das Bruxas/Hortas.Duration: +/- 4hDistance: +/- 6 km Difficulty level: Low for those used to mountain hiking.Observations: Suitable for families with children. Does not include customer transportation.This route can be done with a joëlette (a wheelchair-like device for people with reduced mobility). In this case, the value will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4- ROTA DAS TRÊS ALDEIAS Circular walk with the following route: Castelo – Talasnal – Chiqueiro – Casal Novo – Talasnal – Castelo.Duration: +/- 6hDistance: +/- 10 km Difficulty level: Medium to difficult. Steep slopes.Recommended only for people accustomed to mountain hiking.Observations: Possibility of a picnic lunch for an additional fee of 10€.
5 – ROTA DAS CASCATAS Circular walk with the following route: Cerdeira – Candal – Cascata – Candal – Cerdeira.Duration: +/- 6hDistance: +/- 7 km Difficulty level: Medium on dry days and high on days with rain, frost, or humidity due to steep slopes.Recommended only for people accustomed to mountain hiking.
6 – ROTA DA LEVADA Linear walk with the following route: Cerdeira – Candal – Levada – Castelo.Duration: +/- 4hDistance: +/- 7 km Difficulty level: Medium. Not recommended for people with vertigo; steep slopes; recommended only in dry weather (from late spring to early autumn rains).Recommended only for people accustomed to mountain hiking.
7 – GEOCACHING DO XISTO Circular walk with the following route: Talasnal – Chiqueiro – Casal Novo – Talasnal (this route may be altered to a lower difficulty level).With this activity, you will learn more about the natural and cultural heritage of the Serra da Lousã. 8 – GEOCACHING CULTURAL Walk with the following route: Historic Center – Castelo – Historic Center.With this activity, you can discover the history of the town of Lousã. Suitable for families, groups, or school contexts.Duration: +/- 4hDistance: +/- 5 kmDifficulty level: Low.
9 – UM DIA NO XISTO Walk for schools/institutions/groups with a minimum of 25 participants and a maximum of 50 participants. It is an educational activity about the ecosystem of the Serra da Lousã, including bird watching, flora, fauna, and geocaching on the theme.Duration: +/- 6h Distance: +/- 8 km Difficulty level: Medium.Observations: Includes GPS equipment.
10 – TALASNAL AO LUAR Night circular walk between the Castelo da Lousã and the Talasnal Schist Village, held once a month (on the Friday closest to the full moon).Duration: +/- 3.5h Distance: +/- 5 km Difficulty level: High.Observations: The route is difficult, especially since it takes place at night. Includes a coffee break with Xisto Plant and Talasnico infusion.
11 – DO PÔR DO SOL AO LUAR Experience with a snack at the Trevim Swing to watch the sunset. Departure from Lousã towards the Talasnal Schist Village. Visit to the village.We continue to the Trevim swing to watch the sunset while enjoying a typical snack.Duration: +/- 4h Observations: Includes a “dinner-like” snack with local products (cheese platter, tea/wine, Talasnico), guided visit to Talasnal Village with transportation included, insurance, and guide. It is recommended to bring a jacket, as it can be windy and cold at the sunset point.Workshops [bread, liqueurs, or jam] (Minimum number of participants: 10 people)These workshops are a journey through time, recalling traditional practices and valuing local products. They can be integrated into a walk (additional cost) or held independently. They include a guided visit to the Talasnal village and tasting of the workshop results.Duration: +/- 4h
