Service Seller Entity
The services and products on this website are offered by INLAND Portugal, a brand operated by Madrugada Desejada, VAT No. 518049060, headquartered at Rua Afonso Galo, nº 19 Rch Dto, Almada. The company is registered with the National Registry of Tourist Entertainment Activity (RNAAT) under number 618/2024. Registration for any program implies full knowledge and acceptance of these terms. Inland Portugal guarantees insurance for all participants in compliance with current legislation for Tourist Animation Companies and Tour Operators.
Insurance Coverage
Personal Accident Insurance
Covers medical treatment expenses, including hospital stays and medication, up to €3,792.24 annually. In case of death or permanent disability, €21,664.20 will be paid. If the individual is under 14 years old, the death benefit is limited to €5,000 for funeral expenses.
Civil Liability Insurance
Covers damages caused to third parties, up to €75,000 per claim.
Registrations
Payment is required at the time of online booking via the available methods. Inland Portugal reserves the right to cancel any registration if payment is not received at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure.

Inland Portugal is not responsible for luggage during trips
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or partners
Tours are conducted in a seven-seat Dacia Jogger with A/C
Minimum age to participate is 8 years
Customers must inform us in advance about children under 13 for proper safety seating
Guides speak French, English, and Spanish, with support from an AI translator for 76 languages
We welcome all guests regardless of gender, race, religion, or disability
Prohibited Activities
Activities deemed inappropriate or illegal are prohibited
Smoking, alcohol, and food that may damage the vehicle interior are not allowed
Inland Portugal may terminate the trip and notify authorities if these rules are violated
Scheduled stops will be made for smoking, eating, and restroom breaks
Changes Requested by the Traveler
Travelers can change their booking (trip or date) up to 8 days in advance. After that, the trip is confirmed, and no refunds are issued.
Changes by Inland Portugal
If significant changes occur before the trip (e.g., service changes or >8% price increase), travelers have 8 days to:
a) Accept the change
b) Cancel without penalty and receive a full refund
c) Accept a substitute trip with any price difference refunded
Failure to respond within 8 days implies acceptance.
Transfer of Contractual Position
Travelers may transfer their reservation to another eligible person by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the departure date.
Contract Termination by Inland Portugal
We may cancel the contract before the trip due to unavoidable, exceptional circumstances.
Refunds
Once the trip starts, no refund is given for unused services due to personal reasons. If services are unavailable due to our responsibility and no alternatives are provided, the traveler is entitled to a partial refund.
Contract Termination by the Traveler
Travelers may cancel:
Up to 15 days before: 60% cancellation fee
Less than 7 days before: 30% fee
Less than 75 hours before: no refund
Full refunds (no fee) are allowed if the destination is affected by exceptional, unavoidable circumstances, provided supporting proof is submitted.

All prices include the current Portuguese VAT rate (23%).
